How It Works
A clear plan for your property, from the first conversation to the finished work.
Start with the areas you want improved. We help define the work so you can review the scope and price before moving ahead.

From inquiry to completion.
01 · INQUIRE
Tell us about your yard.
Share your town or ZIP, the service you need, and a brief description. Photos, priorities, and preferred timing help us understand the starting point. It is fine to say, “I’m not sure what I need.”
02 · ASSESS
Define the work.
We discuss your needs and a property assessment when needed. Site conditions, access, measurements, existing plants, and debris affect what the project requires.
03 · ESTIMATE
Review a written scope.
Review the proposed tasks, areas, materials, and price. Ask about exclusions and optional additions. For a larger project, discuss whether practical phases could fit your priorities.
04 · APPROVE
Choose what goes ahead.
Approve the work you want before scheduling. Confirm payment expectations and any separately priced tasks or visits in the estimate. A form submission does not book a service appointment.
05 · SCHEDULE
Prepare for the visit.
Agree on timing and access. Discuss pets, gates, parking, water access when needed, and anything on the property that the crew should know about.
06 · COMPLETE
Review the result.
Review the agreed work and cleanup. Ask about care for any new planting or treated surfaces and whether recurring maintenance would help keep the landscape in shape.
What to check in your estimate.
- The areas and tasks included, with material quantities or selections where relevant
- Cleanup, collection, and disposal of clippings, old materials, or debris
- Work excluded from the price and any optional additions
- Separate visits, ongoing maintenance, or seasonal work
- Payment amounts and when they are due
Payment: Invoices are due upon receipt.
Review and approve the scope and price of any extra work before it is added.
Assessment and design are different.
An assessment helps establish property conditions and the work to quote. A detailed landscape design or planting plan is a separate deliverable.
If you need design work, ask for its deliverables and any fee to be agreed before it begins. Ask about project-specific aftercare or warranty terms before approving the work.
A fresh start—or ongoing care.
A neglected bed may need a cleanup or makeover first. A tailored maintenance plan can then define the areas, tasks, and visit frequency that suit your property.
